Retail Management is the study which helps the consumer to procure a desired merchandise form the retail stores for their personal use. It includes all the steps required in bringing the customers into the store and fulfilling their buying needs. It saves time and ensures that the customers easily locate their desired merchandise and return home satisfied. Retail Management gives insight into the principles of fashion marketing, retail buying and merchandising and imparts basic retail knowledge.

It gives an overview to the concept of visual merchandising and emphasises on customer relationship management, brand management and sales management.
It’s a process of promoting greater sales and customer satisfaction by gaining a better understanding of the consumers of goods and services produced by a company.

Candidate should have a bachelor’s Degree in any stream from any approved or recognized university is eligible to take admission to the program.
